About
I help adults take a more thoughtful, physician-guided approach to weight management, metabolic health, and healthy aging.
My work begins with understanding the full picture: health history, weight journey, lifestyle, energy, goals, risk factors, and the daily patterns that shape long-term wellness.
After decades in internal medicine, I have become especially interested in the areas where traditional care, prevention, lifestyle, and longevity overlap. My approach combines medical experience with evidence-informed nutrition, sustainable lifestyle strategy, metabolic health, and whole-person care.
This personal site is a place to share my perspective, resources, reading list, and selected consulting or educational opportunities. NovaSpan Health is the clinical practice I founded to support patients seeking more personalized care in weight management, longevity, and metabolic health.
